Has your company implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365, but it’s not working the way you expected?

Having trouble issuing and posting documents correctly?

Are your VAT and CIT declarations not generating correctly?

Can’t close the month?

Are your employees not familiar enough with the system?

Did you skip testing business processes and/or historical data - and now it’s causing issues?

These and similar issues affect many companies in Poland

If you’re reading this and it sounds familiar – don’t worry.

Implementing an ERP system is a long and complex task, and problems can come from many sources:

  • Poor or missing pre-implementation analysis

  • Headquarters rolling out the system without accounting for local business specifics

  • Errors during data migration

  • The project scope overwhelmed the implementation partner

  • Integration issues with external systems

How can we help?

7F Technology Partners was founded by former decision-makers and key users of Dynamics 365, which is why we understand the importance of a meticulous and holistic approach to ERP implementation. We leverage our business and technical expertise in the system as an extension of our clients’ teams. Our role is to help solve everyday challenges, streamline employee operations, and free up time for growth and strengthening the company’s position through new D365 functionalities.

Our cooperation with 7F Technology Partners has allowed us to solve several critical issues with D365 operations after the initial go-live. What made a real difference was their ability to understand our processes in different areas of the business. The 7F team not only understood our needs but also came up with inventive ways to expand the available functionalities of D365. I can wholeheartedly recommend 7F Technology Partners as a reliable and proven partner for D365 implementations.

Frequently asked questions (FAQ)

In a traditional model, clients report issues via a ticketing system or email and the technical team responds and tries to resolve the problem. This usually relates to assistance with a purchased product or service.
At 7F-TP, before we start providing support, we define its scope, assign the right specialists and carry out specific tasks aimed at improving the system. We focus on proactivity rather than reactivity. Our consultants complement the client’s team, so they sometimes handle typical “ticket” tasks, but that’s only part of their daily work.

Each consultant works on assigned tasks. Depending on their role, this may include training new users, system configuration, granting permissions and overseeing procedures. We often introduce new features or small changes that deliver significant results. It’s an ongoing process of working closely with the client and listening to their needs. We also handle ad hoc tasks, which requires strong prioritization skills.

We’re flexible. Ideally, it would be through DevOps, but we can also communicate via email, Teams or Jira.

We adapt to the client’s needs. If the budget must be fixed upfront, we agree on a set price and scope. If not, we offer quarterly hour rollover, giving flexibility to use a block of hours based on workload.
When the scope is not precisely defined and overtime or a variable budget is acceptable, we bill based on actual hours worked.

We provide a Time Sheet detailing the consultant’s daily activities, giving the client full transparency. At the end of the billing period, the report is approved by the client.

Our greatest value lies in accounting and finance, thanks to our experience, but we also stand out for our proactivity and understanding of client needs. We combine this with specialized knowledge across various Dynamics 365 areas, making us an ideal business partner who understands both technical and business aspects.

Both. Even during system maintenance, we take a broader view of the organization, identify development opportunities and implement them gradually.

Yes, we work in Scrum, but we’re also familiar with the classic Waterfall approach. We always adapt to the client’s preferences.

We adapt. If the change is justified, we check whether the same team can handle the new goals. If necessary, we adjust the team composition. We also analyze the rationale behind the change and share our insights.

Yes. We assist in key system and business areas. With years of experience in managerial and executive roles, we can effectively advise on non-technical matters as well.

Virtually any company that has implemented D365 and doesn’t have its own support team should have a Support Partner. Sometimes it’s the same partner who implemented the system. What we bring is a fresh perspective, deep problem-solving expertise and full commitment - something implementation firms often lack after a project ends because they move on to the next one. Our goal is to support companies post-implementation.

Absolutely. It’s essential because the ERP system is built for them and their expectations and issues must be reflected in business processes in D365. Our background enables effective communication with business users and to deliver the best service quality, we always seek their involvement.

Yes, through training and documentation. We don’t hide our know-how. We act as an extension of the client’s team and treat them as part of our company. Our consultants work as if they were in-house, which fosters transparency.

From experience, we know that only long-term cooperation delivers the best results. You can end the collaboration after a small task, but usually, that’s just a test before a longer partnership.

We begin with a conversation to understand the client’s situation and present our approach. We can start with a small task - such as setting up VAT declarations in the system - and then move on to other areas. Alternatively, we can work within a monthly hour package and complete tasks defined during initial discussions and analysis.

Through meetings with the ERP project/management team and jointly setting priorities, which often go beyond classic maintenance. We assist with system updates, communicate and help test new features and support enabling additional options that were excluded during implementation, but later prove valuable during stabilization and optimization.
